Salt Lake Visit

We picked up Helen at the airport as she returned from an amazing European Trip visiting France, Switzerland and Germany on a school trip. She hung out with us for the rest of the weekend jet-lagged and all. We introduced Helen to Lagoon and we were amazed that, on July 4th Weekend, the lines would be so short. We hit every major rollercoaster and got a little oogie🤮in the process but had an absolute blast!!

Showed Helen the old neighborhood and went for a short but steep hike up at Church Fork.

Top Golf Salt Lake

Helen is learning very quickly how to golf. She's hitting it really well already!😊

Dad is "Out of Control" with all the golf he is playing lately and talked Helen into golfing one more time after I got on a plane to head to Orlando. They played at Fore Lakes on their Par 3 course and had a really good time. Helen got her 1st Par on number 6. Drove the green and 2 putt. Well Done!!

Summer Time Happenings!

Helen and I helped out with Elko Velo's Time Trial Series and agreed to do some timing.

Mom and Dad purchased a Mack Truck! It's for our new side gig, a document shredding business called TKS . Dad got his CDL and runs the route every Thursday. I've been helping out too and earning a little pocket cash. Dad say's he's gonna teach me to drive it so maybe I can run the route when I'm able to get my CDL in a year.

STATE CHAMPS!!!!!

Elko High School Boys Varsity Golf team took the State Championship in pretty dominating fashion for the first time since 1989. State was held in Elko, Fallon took 2nd and were the Region Winners this year. Weather was cold, rainy, with hail and snow both days of the tournament. It might be another 40 years before anyone agrees to have State at Elko again. 😬😄

Spring Break with the Zabukovecs

Got to hang out at the Yellowstone Eckert's with the Zabukovecs visiting from Florida. Always fun hanging with the Zs!

Snuck over to Grand Targhee Resort to board a little with Dad. Incredibly windy with low visibility. I lost Dad for an hour when I went over a cliff and he didn't.😐

Elko Varsity Golf Season Started

We had a great start to the golf season. Fallon was most competitive this year. We won this week, set records and made the local newspaper too!
